It still hurts.  I’m still icing it, and I had to walk rather than jog this morning at class.  I can’t help but feel sad that I was all geared up to really work out, and now I have to half-ass it. 

Anyway, I’m keeping hopeful that a few days of rest, ice, and stretching will put me on the road to recovery. I also bought an ITB compression band. I have no idea if it will help

I’ve already made my lunch for tomorrow and I have my clothes set out.  One more day of boot camp, then I have 3 days of rest!  If only I had Fridays off at work, too.
