My eating habits, formerly decent, have gone down the tubes in the last week.  I don’t entirely understand why I’m stuffing my face with dark chocolate, but I have some ideas:

  1. finals are just around the corner, and I’m horribly behind in my reading.
  2. My job. Enough said, right?
  3. My family: I have to see them this weekend for a big deal sort of thing, and I’m heavier than at the last family event. STRESS!
  4. I’m getting a new roommate, and I have no idea what she is going to be like.

It’s a horrible circle, isn’t it?  I am eating more because I’m stressed out about my weight. Time for school.
