I wasted most of Saturday, a gorgeous warm day, because I was hungover and sleep-deprived. 

I received my new Self in the mail, and it has some interesting stuff in it.  They’re adding new blogs that focus on some individual women’s goals: learning to cook healthy food, staying within budget, etc. I read it on the stationary bike (15 minutes) and on the treadmill (30 minutes, about 1/3 of which was running), in between which I did as many pushups as I could and lifted weights.  I can feel my body getting stronger!  I just wish I could still go to my old gym. I miss cable machines!
