I mean, I ate a molasses cookie today (bad Starbucks!) but I just did running/walking intervals (16 minutes of running…I think. Might have lost track.) and then some weights for my biceps/triceps.  So I feel okay about the cookie; I was SO hungry at that point that I tried to pick the smallest thing in the deli case.

Time to shower and eat some dinner…which is a cheesy pasta casserole that the roommate made. Hmm. At least it has spinach in it, right?  I think I’ll take a small portion and eat some leftover peas from last night.
